Creating an Event Menu

Starting a new cocktail menu is simple:

  1. Navigate to the Menu Builder view from the application drawer or via Saved Event Menus in Settings.
  2. Select Create Menu and assign a festive title (such as Autumn Tasting Night or Rooftop Soirée).
  3. Add an optional welcome subtitle or greeting to introduce your drink selection to guests.

Selecting Cocktails & Courses

Curate a balanced lineup suited to your evening:

  • Browse Your Catalog: Pick from classic staples or your own signature custom riffs.
  • Check Backbar Feasibility: Speakeasy highlights which drinks on your proposed menu are fully supported by your current stock so you never run dry mid-event.
  • Group by Sections: Organize drinks into courses such as Welcome Aperitifs, Main Features, and After-Dinner Nightcaps.
