Keep your cocktail library, custom recipes, and home inventory seamlessly synced across your devices with password-free security.

Speakeasy runs completely offline and in private guest mode out of the box. Signing in lets you access your bar and custom recipes anywhere on any device.

Passwordless Email Sign-In

Signing in is simple: enter your email and we will send you a one-time verification code.

  1. Tap Sign In in the top header.
  2. Enter your email address and submit.
  3. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code.
  4. Enter the code in the verification modal.

Guest Account Migration

If you added bottles, created recipes, or built menus before signing in, your settings will be preserved in your account.

Cloud Sync Status & Multi-Device Access

Once authenticated, the header profile pill displays your current sync health:

  • Green Dot: All recent edits, stock changes, and notes are fully saved to the secure cloud.
  • Yellow Dot: Local updates are queued and will automatically sync as soon as network connectivity is restored.
  • Manual Sync: Open Settings anytime and tap Sync Now to immediately fetch recent changes made on your other devices.

Signing Out & Account Control

You always retain absolute control over your personal data:

  • Signing Out: Clearing your session removes cached personal data from the current browser while preserving everything safely in your cloud vault.
  • Account Deletion: If you ever choose to delete your account, you can permanently purge your cloud profile and synchronized data under the Settings Danger Zone.
